    i wish we were back in the days where king country were in the 1st divison

    that just seems so long ago now and as you said its never gonna happen as none of those teams can afford to make the leap. such a shame really, knowing alot of those players if they ever want to make it further in rugby have to actually leave their region.

    would actually be interesting to see how teams would be like if they had to play for their provence of origin

    \_/ to rest. Will Jared Payne be playing in the ITM cup or will he have fucked off to Ulster by then? If he's playing then I hope he and Ranger do well for Northland and get them promoted.

    Also, has Holwell been dragged out of retirement again? :p

    I know the Crusaders just had a big season but surely the lack of home games will take a toll at some stage.

    Hoping Southland has another huge season personally.

    Payne is in, as far as I can tell. Holwell (as yet) has not been called out of retirement. I suspect we'll have to hope for some injuries to their back line for that scenario to play out. Lachie Munro may need to be taken out.

    Yeah. Joubert played well. Tony Brown conducting things from 10. Harbour's full back was poor and Rudi Wulf looks to have piled on a few pounds.
