Coote to 5/8th is ****ed. He's a ****ing fullback. he's scored all his points at fullback... I'm pretty sure Walsh will start too. In fact, i heard that there was never any doubt he would play. ****s me how coaches are doing this these days. naming a 17, then fiddling the **** out of it and having a completely different starting 13 on game day
According to 7 news "The Panthers have lost 'Junior Paulo' and Frank Puletua will replace him in the front row". Makes sense.
Ah but there lies the problem my friend. I always have a method for my madness. Coote played 5/8 all through the juniors and only switched to fullback so he could play rep football. It is more of a last ditch attempt to keep Paulo out of 5/8 as wel. He could handle it, was a suggestion more from desperation than desire. I am pretty confident this is true as well. If the reports are true and Burns is out and Paulo has been cut that means that Walsh is going to play. Either that or the reports were false. Elliot is one of the worst offenders when it comes to changing teams around as well. I hate seeing playing running around with numbers greater than 17 due to his extended bench. He has stopped that this year though I have noticed. Mind you, Puletua in for Paulo doesn't prove that.
Hahaha Even to counter that, a lot of his points come from kick chases, which he can do from 5/8th anyway.
Final teams Panthers 1 Lachlan Coote 2 David Simmons 3 Brad Tighe 4 Adrian Purtell 5 Sandor Earl 6 Travis Burns 7 Wade Graham 8 Tim Grant 9 Kevin Kingston 18 Frank Puletua 11 Trent Waterhouse 12 Frank Pritchard 13 Nathan Smith 10 Matthew Bell 14 Masada Iosefa 15 Gavin Cooper 17 Sam McKendry Dragons 1 Jason Nightingale 2 Michael Lett 3 Kyle Stanley 4 Matt Prior 5 Kalifa Faifai-Loa 6 Jamie Soward 7 Ben Hornby 15 Trent Merrin 9 Luke Priddis 10 Ricky Thorby 16 Nick Emmett 12 Ben Creagh 13 Dean Young 8 Jon Green 14 Michael Greenfield 17 Jarrod Saffy 20 Mark Gasnier
Hard to score off the others since Walsh has done about 99% of the kicking this year, and Coote has done 0.5% as well.
