What if BS teams were selected off OCC performances alone?

    How does development work roughly anyways? Does it mean the more time you play in ALC before being promoted, the better you'll develop? If so doesn't it mean teams with very strong BS sides will have an unfair advantage since their youngsters will be playing ALC for longer periods of time?

    It's not the longer you spend in ALC the better you are, it's how you perform. If you're good in ALC you'll be better, if you stink it up you won't be as good.

    Yeah, because you're less likely to succeed given that all the players playing BS have had the experience of producing good results either in the ALC or BS.

    There's no minimum or maximum amount of games to spend in ALC, just when they're ready.
