He hasn't signed yet but that's where he's going. Disappointing tbh but it's not like he's going to a club where he won't fit in, or to a team that doesn't need his player type, so it's understandable. He probably would have gone there whether Manero was involved or not I guess but, like Ged, I don't like the idea of someone actively involved in recruitment for another team being in our subbie.
Sorry Rob, I did agree to go join the Gamblers but obviously wanted you to be aware I was leaving the Ravens before signing a contract. I hadn't spoken to Ben at all so he had nothing to do with my decision.
He was the one who let the Gamblers know you were looking to go elsewhere though, after reading our subforum. It's not this situation that annoys me really as I'm aware it probably would have happened anyway, but the potential for further incidents if Manero's going to relay posts from our subforum to the Gamblers.
Gamblers bowling looks better as well now. Sullo (when/if he joins), Crowley and Julian as the 3 specialist bowlers is pretty good. Julian is due for a good season too.
