It's alright, there's no way he's taking me out two tournaments in a row. Would rather lose in the semis than lose to him in the final.

Bruce... just Force your way to a win then!

    Copa Claro - Quarters

Well, today's matches in the Copa Claro certainly impressed, every match going to three sets today with some real contests. First up was Luka Popovic's win over Oscar Wood. Popovic took the first set quite easily, but then it got interesting. Despite neither player having the best of serves, the clay surface set them up for some superb rallies. A few double faults didn't quite let Popovic get through the door surprisingly, and Wood held on to see a third set. Again, rallies dominated the play, with a few great winners dispersed in there too. We got to the eighteenth game before a result was decided, a great game between these two. Next on court, Jono Chewie somehow won a set before going down to Joshua Ritchie, then Ginger Furball and Alistair Son were up. This was hyped as the match of the round here, but it didn't live up to expectations. Furball recorded a landslide victory, but will be wondering how he lost a set given how easily he won the other two. In the final match of the day, Samuel Vimes lost another very end to end game to Clayton Evans, who rounds up our last four.

    Luka Popovic def Oscar Wood 6-2, 6-7 (5-7), 10-8

Ginger Furball def Alistair Son 6-0, 3-6, 6-1

    Semi's :toot:

For something with random form the same people seem to be pretty good at doubles repeatedly.

  18. Weeman27bob BE Force

Maybe net play is more valuable in doubles?

There definitely aren't many people who chose to be good volleyers.

  19. Lukic L Popovic
