Comprehensive, expected nothing different. Would love to hear the justification behind the criticisms of me batting 5 now though. Should be a lot easier for you to make your case now I've failed.
Eddie batted 3 most of the season for all the teams he played for. Just seemed odd having him at 7, especially behind Graham.
You kept doing well then moving yourself forward but refused to say Shri should of been moved in front of you when he was doing better than you Massive hypocrite
Well he wasn't going to bat 3 in this lineup was he? He batted 7 for South and having him behind Graham was an oversight on my part. Still, not answering the question I asked. What justification is there to having him above me?
And if we extrapolate on one match samples, judging from your Rep season where you averaged less than a third of what I did... you would've done exactly the same. 1 match samples ftmfw clearly.
You spent most of the season batting 5 or 6 for the teams you played for and he spent most of the season batting 3. You're a lot bigger in batting the middle order of order of how good they are rather than the positions they usually bat in though.
That was never the case. And even so they're not even comparable considering this was a 'new' team for a one off game and nothing like one player outperforming another in the same team. Again, even if it was, I batted ahead of Eddie for South to begin with ffs.
I admitted that it was an oversight in not batting him ahead of Graham. So he should've been batting at least at 6 we agree. He was never going to bat top 3 in this game due to the top order players at our disposal. So at best he could hope for 4. Torres creamed absolutely everything in his path at 4 this season so there was no justification in moving him just so Eddie could bat closer to his favourite position. So then it comes down to me vs Eddie for 5/6 and I really don't think that the difference between 5/6 in terms of closeness to #3 is enough to validate batting a (non-inconsiderably, imo) worse batsman ahead of myself.
His only other option was to play proven rep shunts (Ames/Bakkum), or ALC players (Petrucci etc). And I reckon McGrath's spot was more tenuous anyway.
But we arn't extrapolating based one what happened once We are saying what would of happened and I would of 100% done more than you Eddie shuold of batted in front of you Letting your ego pick the team ftl
