The Cena v Rock match will be just like the Hogan v Rock match from 01. The passing of the torch so to speak. I reckon it is a great opportunity for them to freshen things up by turning Cena heel. As far as merch is concerned, if they need a babyface, Punk get bigger pops than Cena, doesnt get booed for being a bad wrestler. Watching wrestling again makes me miss the NWO/Attitude/Monday Night War etc. tbh. Tbh, the worst thing Vince ever did for the genre is buy out the competition.

well unless its also against Cena it makes no sense for Rock to win the more Cena beats the Rock in the promos like hes been doing the more the fans will slowly go back on to his side and on the home town thing ive seen plenty of examples of guys losing in their hometown, in fact i remember even Cena losing in his home town to Edge (who then lost to cena in toronto)

finally got through wrestlemania anthology kind of wish they release 21 onwards as part of it as well but i guess they arent gonna release anything with benoit on it anymore
