    Yeah that's what makes me think it won't happen. He knows he is loved at spurs despite his whinging to leave last time and he ain't getting regular starts at real so fingers crossed.

    25 (8)? You said he started 25? Regardless he has been reported as being open to a move back to the EPL and has not had a smooth run over there, voted worst signing etc, although his form did seem to pick up from what I read.

    Apparently the deal with Gomis is this.

    - OL lets Newcastle offer terms to Gomis, and say they'll accept a bid of 9mil.
    - Newcastle and Gomis agree to a contract.
    - Newcastle offer 9mil, OL refuses and asks for 10mil.
    - Newcastle offer 10mil, and ask Gomis to lower his wages to pay for the deal.
    - Gomis refuses.

    fmd, only Newcastle.
