    Good game overall. Just disappointed at Cribb's role pretty much being written for him. Don't really like it when mods try to fit roles to people.

    Also way too many neutrals.

    Yeah definitely not a fan of the Cribb role. Since when would anyone in this storyline try to lynch the Force? We should have been told outright he was the force if you really needed to include him in the game.

    Town lost 3 days to that and it caused way too much confusion for absolutely no good reason at all. He was a non-participant, an environment effect. Should've been ignored all along, but that would have been difficult considering he was talking to the game creator and Jabba the Hutt. So dire.

    Game beyond that was excellent, Eds knows how to make a brilliant game Force aside.

    That actually wasn't a mafia-related PM. Eds had just noticed you'd started being pretty hostile towards Veri about the forum and thought he'd drop you a line about it. Veri had been getting pretty chummy with Laxman recently too so Eds was just worried about your friendship.

    They can be bad because:

    1) they became hard to balance, since a game of mafia is fundamentally between a townie faction and a scum faction. Neutrals were roles that were later thrown in there.

    2) they aren't townies, so townies, through no fault of their own, will pay attention to them, because they can't be trusted. This makes it a lot easier for mafia.

    I just think there were a couple too many.

    Unlynchable roles are stupid. Especially when the unlynchable has a goal to make themselves look like a cunt.

    I actually think The Force role was brilliant. I think it was perfect, except the fact that bringing balance to the force generally means town will win, but because it was in the hands of a player that wasn't definite.

    I agree that we probably should've been told that Cribb was The Force though. We may have cracked it with him, but it definitely made it easier for us maf.

    The role is fine. As far as I'm concerned, we could have a zebra as a role. Roles are just there to help tell the story.

    The power is not.

    My biggest gripe about it is the fitting the role to the player thing though.
