    Winning by 50 runs = +1 NRR
    Losing by 50 runs = -1NRR
    75 run win = +1.5NRR
    75 runs loss = -1.5NRR
    So on and so forth.

    Wins/Losses by wickets is more difficult.
    If a Team is bowled out for 200 after 40 overs their RR would be 4rpo as you still include the 10 overs they didn't bat.
    If a team chased 200 off 20 overs their RR would be 10, giving them +6NRR and the losing team -6NRR

    That's what I thought it was anyway.
