    It wasn't a case of what everyone felt this time, as bad as it sounds. I did it because I personally thought this would benefit SR, and most of the people in the team don't show that much interest unless there's simmage, something severely lacking. This excludes people like yourself, Dafter and some others though who definately made it an awesome experience.

    Haha so cheap. Eds, CCG and Doog in a little triumverate.
    Cheetahs become a new improved shiny version, CCG gets a warm fuzzy feeling and Eds gets his own side.

    Stop being so cynical. For SR it would've been best to have a whole set of new sides, but you wanted to keep the Spartans and Manero wanted the Vikings. I was willing to give up the Giants to allow something different to happen and so you didn't have to give up your team, so stop your whining, you get what you want.

    I would hope that the fringe benefits of being at the Spartans will see few leave. I guess a couple may go and join up with Denton :(

    In effect it weakens the Giants and strengthens the Cheetahs with the Vikings and Spartans being a notch above the rest.

    That's what I was thinking. Spartans and Vikings won't lose too many but will get heaps.

    While I foresee Giants quite a few of their players.

    Yes, yes I did. Assumed there were just 5 teams though rather than Spartans being cut, so only a 50% ownage rate ;)
