    Missed my point tbh. I don't disagree that Heef deserves to be given respect, and I don't think that Heef was wrong to take offense. I just think that there are ways and means for dealing with that are inherent to the forum, and external methods of dealing with this kind of dissension are extraneuos.

    Nor am I frustrated by the banning tbh, I certainly give over to heefs discretion in this matter as it is his sim to run in the manner that he sees fit, and I for one certainly trust him in that role.

    Anyway all this irrelevant. I am certainly not going to come on board as Humbles "laywer" to defend him in this case.

    But as I said before whilst an apology might be appropriate for real life, it has never been a part of the cricsim penal code, I cannit see why it is suddenly rellevant.

    Exactly. My point is there is nothing in Humble's post to indicate that it's a joke and it strikes as him trying to rewrite history to wriggle out of his stupidity. The rules of the forum also clearly state that accusations of cheating are unacceptable even as a joke. Finally, I would have been happy for Humble to serve his ban and come back and continue as if nothing happened, but his posts upon return were just adding fuel to the fire. It's not my fault if he has no self control.
