    Or just don't have them. Part of having the academy is so new guys get a platform to be noticed on even though they are not at the top yet, because there are a lot of established top players already there.

    That doesn't exist with OD cricket. It is an even playing field for everyone, it shouldn't just be done to give people who are not good enough more games.
