gotta be way more aggro with your value at these limits. i don't know anything about anything other than heads up, some other guys who have more knowledge could prob give better advice, but i'd be raising like 5bb pre, betting flop, turn and river on this runout.
Oh yeah that got me all out so I had to reload Anyway, from this evening's session. Only around an hour and 1 table since the block was on -3.64 all up. Not the best start. Those pocket aces ruined the session.
I'd generally be wanting to raise about 4-5BB pre at 2NL, and add another BB for every limper who enters before you. People will call absolute junk preflop, so you want to take full advantage of this with your good hands.
Raise to 0.08 pre, 0.10 isn't bad because you're OOP but 0.08 is best here I think. The flop you see is one of the best non A flops you'll see with aces safety-wise. Continuation bet 0.12 into the aforementioned 0.18 pot on flop, don't check. If he calls flop and we get to turn, open bet turn to like 0.28, If he raises turn, fold. If he calls and we see river, Bet 0.60 on to approx $1 pot. Fold to shove. Basically if you follow the Baluga theorom - “You should strongly re-evaluate the strength of one-pair hands in the face of a raise on the turn.” as a Bayesian assumption in 2NL-10 NL, you'll save a lot of money. Even if it looks a bit nitty at first or there might be spots where you can continue with one pair. Read this. Finally, slowplaying is bad here, not only because you're not getting maximum value for your aces but also because you get into the spots like you got yourself where you have no idea of villain's hand strength because you played it that way. Hope I don't sound like a dickhead. Good luck man.
Lost 48 cent today, was up for a while but no dice. No good hands to note unfortunately. Current bankroll: -$4.12

in general, with your strong value hands when you think he has a hand he isn't looking to fold, yep. but clicking it back with the AA hand pre then checking the flop isn't wise. i wouldn't go huge preflop because of his stack size and how easy it'll be to get the money in, and because we want him to be calling with a wide range, but checking the flop is quite bad, it's too tricky and just missing value
