Spain vs Greece is on right now but the stream doesn't appear to be working. Any of Greece, Spain and Malta could advance to the next qualifying stage due to the result of this game.

    Spain win = Spain advance
    Draw = Spain advance
Greece win by less than 50 = Malta advance
Greece win by more than 50 = Greece advance

It's all looking good, Wales beat Scotland 18-12 last night in first game or European Championship

Right, the stream started working 30 seconds before halftime. Spain lead 42-4 over Greece at halftime. I think it's safe to say that they'll be going through to the next qualifying stage

Always amusing to see a soccer net integrated into a game of rugby league

Good cut-out pass from dummy-half by the Spanish hooker puts his centre over out wide. Goalkicker nails the conversion as well. 48-4 to Spain.

Spain with the Rugby Union style clearing kick from their own goal line on tackle 1

....I think Spain are confused as to which code they're playing. Bloke just got penalised for passing off the ground while he had 2 guys laying on top of him.

So a Luis Suarez doppelganger just scored for Spain....

has Rugby League being poaching haha, sounds like Spain are doing well

I only got to tune in when the score was already 42-4 but since then it's been reasonably even. Greece have had enough possession and territory to score a few tries but don't seem to have any ideas other than give it to the biggest guy to try and barge through. The Spaniards are much more willing to spread the ball around. As I say that they've spread it wide and gone over again, 62-4 to Spain.

    Fulltime: Spain 76-4 Greece

So the final 6 teams for the last stage of the European qualifiers are:

    • Ireland (automatic qualifier for Stage 4)
    • Wales (automatic qualifier for Stage 4)
    • Serbia (qualified via European Shield)
    • Russia (qualified via European Shield)
    • Italy (qualified via European Shield)
    • Spain (qualified via Stage 1 & 2)

Keen to see what groups they're split into. 3 of these teams will be at WC 2017.

Could be interesting groups, would like to see Italy, Serbia and Ireland out of those.

Lebanon Cedars are up 22-4 over the South African Rhinos at halftime in the first leg of their 2-game series. Winner of the series goes through.

Fulltime: Lebanon Cedars 40 - 12 South Africa Rhinos

Big deficit the Rhinos need to overcome in the second leg.

If they can come back from that, they will fully deserve a place, be nice to Lebanon in the world cup, think they could pick up a few NRL players for it as well
