If this is the only match he plays in ALC, he'll probably still get into the ALC team of the season as the top player, seeing how last season's one worked out
Haha it definitely will be. Would've been even if he failed in it, I reckon. He was only playing because of the pitch. The only way the Stickies could play on that pitch again would be if the Vipers finished second and the Stickies finished third, but even then the Kings would have make the semi-finals for Incey to play another ALC game and that's definitely not going to happen.
Even then, I think on the showing their seamers gave they may well just go in with the 3 spinners and hope for the best.
If anything I think they'd drop Roberts or Pilgrim for Jacobs and still play all the bowlers. You can't go in with a spinner at first change on this wicket; it'd just be ridiculous.
The Stickies would probably be close though. And I don't even know if he would've outperformed Dorn, who knocked up a ton and bowled about as well as you can expect on that pitch.
