    All of this dissing of Canberra in other threads and you're saying NQ being the worst team in the comp last year is irrelevant because they've bought five players and released a few including your best.

    I'm with Speirz. Still a very similar side with the same porblems to that of last year.

    Yes but they have Dallas Johnson tightening things up in the middle third and Gavin Cooper on the fringes. Instant 14 point turn around at least.

    51 missed tackles is woeful but its about the fact they actually showed some attitude in defence that matters, sure Id like to see them actually friggin complete their tackles but ffs they deserve a bit of acknowledgment for the heart they showed against the Broncos. Using excuses like the goalkicking cost them the game is a copout, Thurston missed one as well and the Cowboys also bombed tries. They flatout were the better side on the night.
    They have a lot of improvement to make no doubt, but its a much better start then the usual crap.

    Hope Tagatese drops off really, but he's got too good of an x-factor to drop off. In all reality, Minicheillo's probably the one that should drop off that bench :confused:

    Haha I hate Mark Minichiello and think he's vastly over-rated but there's no way he'd offer less than James or Tagatese if he was fully fit. One of those two should get the axe for sure.
