I guess I'm the only one that thought Smith bombed a few tries for them tonight? Tautai's positioning was piss poor but fmd Smith's inability to play into the line is average for someone who's a first grader. Twice in the same set they had 4 on 2 once he got on the outside of Keating, Tupou ended up coming back on the inside and scoring anyway but it was as simple as draw and pass under 8's stuff as one of the commentators put it later when Grothe bombed a try.
That was the worse decision ever. On Gardner, I have seen 160 minutes of him playing. His debut was solid, nothing to flash and I didn't take too much notice but this week he really steped up and seemed to have got over first grade quite easily. Will look forward to watching his development. Shame he wasn't named at fullback rather than Kelly earlier this season. I understand why Stuart did it though. From all reports, Kelly is great and has potential at 5/8, will love to see him given a crack.
**** up already Hughesy. You're opinion is ****ing terrible and way off the mark... That said, i fell asleep at half time, and i thought the Parra machine were winding up with 2 tries heading into the half, what the hell happened?
Yea Mortimer's try was ****ing harsh man, poor old Gardner got smashed by the bounce of the ball, but after a 12 point turn around, i thought it was going to be same old Sharks, in the game for about 30 minutes, and fail for the next 40, with a quick 10 minute burst to finish
Agree 100%. Adam Cuthbertson impressed me big time. He looks like he's trimmed down a bit, and is hitting the ball with good pace, and getting that dangerous offload going. Great asset to have coming off the bench after Douglas and Snowden start things off with a roar
Watching a bit of the U20's.... Albert Kelly is a deadset lookalike for Preston Campbell, not only just because he's black
