I know you put him in white text, but Shri's actually important here. The Crusaders fielded Man-Tyson-Rocker-Wilson for a season or two, which is as good if not better than that attack. The key thing here though is that Shri is much better than J Svizz. I'm not sure if they ever had Kovas as part of that attack instead of Svizz.. I'd probably rate that attack is better than yours if they did actually.

Meh. What's impressive about the Vipers batting for next season is their depth (both in terms of how deep in the order they bat and who they have on the bench) rather than the actual strength of their top 7.
Yeah, I considered that. Kobain was your fith bowler. There are a few problems with it though. * It was only together in Season 3, and that was Bullpitt's randomly shit season, so as an attack it wasn't that awesome. * Ged really wasn't that good at the Allstars. He wasn't shit, but it looks stronger than it actually was at the time because of how good Ged is now. * Kobain as a fifth bowler really doesn't compare to Kovas or Shri. Kobain gave you the better overall team really but just as a bowling attack, ignoring batting, the Season 8 Rays and the Season 5 Saders > that, IMO.
I think that the season 5 attack of the saders is made to look better retrospectively too, though. Rocker was not the bowler he is now with three seasons averaging 33+ from season 3 to season 5. Kovas was only just starting but he did only get worse after that I suppose. Tyson's 3 seasons preceeding that one, he averaged 50, 37 and 35. I dunno, it's hard comparing season 5 to season 9 because the comp's jsut expanded so much in that time. It's suffice to say that I don't think that the like of this attack will be seen at BS level in a long time again.
Well if the Saders hold on to Bullpitt for this season, they'll have something that challenges it straight away IMO. Rocker Tyson Bullpitt Wilson Kovas
I'd take ours over that. Maybe it's jsut that I over-rate Farny and see Man and Bullpitt as pretty equal. And see me and Wilson as pretty equal too, I suppose
Bullpitt > Man, Wilson > you, Kovas > Shri. Farny > Rocker, though, I guess. It's important that they all actually aim up though if they want to actually claim to have the better attack. There's a difference between having a gun attack on paper and actually following it through, and the Season 8 Rays did that. All your bowlers fired, you won the comp and you finished with a bowling quotient of 26 when the nearest challenger finished with 30 and the average of all the other teams was 35. It's definitely comparable though, anyway. It's not like the Rays formed some invincible attack that won't ever be matched again like you're suggesting if there's a case to be argued that it was matched the very next season. By the reigning 7th placed team, no less.
I think that attack is better than yours tbh. Farny had a fantasticlly gun season for you... who knows how hel go next season and Kovas > Shri, and Wilson > you.
I only really had a gun first half of the season TBH. My second half was just economical, King did most of the damage. Also, Shri didn't really 'fire', he just didn't get abused
