Did Speirz actually agree to this? Because if he didn't and you guys have just decided to take it upon yourselves to overthrow him, that's not on at all.
He said someone else could give it a go. We're going ahead under the assumption that he doesn't end up wanting it back if/when he gets FM10. However, if he does, he can have it back.
I reckon seeing the interest expand to 20. Would make it alot more challenging it was a piece of piss selecting my side last time round.
At 12 teams, that is 132 games + finals. At 14 teams, that is 182 games + finals. At 20 teams, that is 380 games + finals.... If we do expand to 20, it will only be a single round robin. Otherwise, it's just too many games imo. A lot of them would end up being me giving you guys the results just so this doesn't drag on.
Is it possible to run 2 leagues at the same time? Like leagues of ten? that way we can have 20 guys but the meaning of the games would be more due to having 2 leagues and have a knock out comp which joins the leagues together?
Yes, I believe that is possible. Would you guys rather have that or be able to play everyone throughout?
There were twelve teams before. Now there is 14. So basically, why not just extend squad sizes to 30? That would be the best way to do it. That would mean 420 players get picked. That is quite alot.
What about 16 sides in one league? That way we can let in 2 more guys cause Mousey and Fungus want to team up IIRC + another pair.
