Much in the same way it's harsh on Speirz first time round, running the draft, creating the database, spending however long searching for what was causing it to crash. Get it?

Well it depends on the situation. Speirz has already said someone else can have a go at running it. If Speirz wants to take the reigns back when he has FM2010 then he needs to tell the person (Escath) who wants to run the draft temporarily. If not, Escath can run it right through.
There's no rush, if Escath is going to be the person taking this on then he needs to talk to Speirz about it all.
Speirz has said it is fine if someone else has a crack. It's just a matter of if Speirz wants to take back the reigns when he gets FM2010. I personally think Escath will do a good job, even if he will undervalue the originals.
I'm not saying Escath wouldn't do a good job and I'm not saying he needs to check it's ok he runs it. He needs to speak to Speirz about whether he's going to take back over it afterwards, or maybe ask for everything that needed to be done.
I wouldn't mind starting assuming that Speirz won't take over it again later and just letting him have it back if he wants it.
Sure, I did express some interest at taking it on earlier but you seem to have the backing of most people. Start making decisions.
You need to make sure whoever is in it is going to be active over the draft period, I would suggest you have a thread where people put in there Interest and anyone who applies who already had a team gets one automatically and then you fill In spaces.

12 teams seemed perfect for the draft tbh. People were starting to struggle at the end of the draft, which is what is needed.
