Just let people put in there applications, If they were in it before but aren't gonna be active now they really should probably be ditched. It would be unfair for an inactive person to get a spot over an active one just because they were here before.

I'll share with someone if they want, I don't know that much about soccer but I'd like to get involved.
So, do you guys want 12 teams, 2 games against each team for 22 games in total with finals? And do you want a cup midseason? I'm thinking of giving each club an assistant manager and a couple of coaches with 15 in all stats. This gives people a chance to "ask the assistant" when setting lineups if they don't want to go into too much detail all the time. Basically let me know anything you'd like because the editor is pretty flexible. I've got the main part done so everything else will just be tiny changes here and there.
I Think the suggestions was perhaps 14 teams, also I like longer season TBH. especially with football.

If anymore people are going to be added in I think Gazza and Arheiner deserve the option to split as they were both involved first time around and if they want their own opportunity this time they should be entitled to it. I can a bit though, hes shown no greater knowledge of world football just the same as iv not shown greater knowledge than him, mainly because he doesnt really speak about world football. So you cant say whose better because theres been no previous discussions to drop it down to. So theres only one reason I could think youd rate him higher tbh
Yeah because he speaks more sense with regards to English football so one can only make the assumption he'd also speak more sense about world football.
He hardly posts in any of the football threads, or in anywhere full stop. So thats what it takes to get in Marcuss' "he must know lots about football" books
