But don't you listen to the commentators? Papalli is going to be an all-time legend purely for being able to force such a great player in Harrison to the bench!

Of course that had nothing to do with Harrison not being able to tackle my nan.

Apparently the Cowboys wanna convert Bolton into a front rower, not saying its true but I read about it on their forum.

  3. Julian BJ Taylor

Yeah they used him up front pretty much all year this year tbh. Such a dire move too.

Soooo Stoopid, it's like Penrith trying to use Cooper as a front rower last year, far too gun on the fringes.

  5. Old Mate M Perry

Nah I think it's a pretty gun idea, if he's really good and makes breaks on the outside then he can do it infield and offload heaps for pointzzz.

I don't know why when the have Tariq. They should persevere with what made Bolton so good last season, on the fringes.

If Tariq plays prop, like I think may end up, it would allow Tamou to be benched where he should be, then Bolton and Cooper can be the fringe running back-rowers. That way they can stack the bench with 3 specialist props, because they have Tariq who swings both ways and Sarajevo or whatever the cunt's name is rounding it off. With fresh props on the bench, they are less likely to leak points through the middle like they usually do.

They seem pretty adverse to moving Tariq to the front row. Find it pretty retarded personally. Yeah he's damaging on the fringes but they have three other excellent fringe runners with comparatively little depth up front, and the bloke was averaging close to 200m a game playing tight in lower grades. They seem to be intent on turning him into Dave Taylor when I think he could be a genuine prop in a blink.

If they wanted to make Bolton into a prop they wouldn't have been playing him as a backrower his entire career and recently playing him in reserve grade, whilst having Tamou, Hall, Ah Mau and Sims all up front.

It's a load of shit IMO.

If Bolton is fit and playing decent in QCup, he should be in the NRL side.

Fuck Payne and Thompson off TBH.

Hard to fin much fault in that side TBH. And would have one of, if not the best pack in the NRL.

    2. Graham is a bit of a problem.

    Graham's under-rated.

I remember how much Julian was talking him up when he first came across to Penrith, such a shit cunt. Joins a long list of fails in the outside backs at Penrith over the past 5-6 years.

Only 26? FFS, I thought he was over 30 considering his decline and hairline.

Talking Purtell up? Get fucked. If talking him up was we should have kept him rather than Brett Kelly then I guess so.

Happened a while ago but - Lawton re-signed for next season.

    Tart to be cheering

Lol, when he went to Penrith you were saying how he was Canberra's top try scorer one year and is a handy winger bla bla bla.

Vince Mellars ----> Wakefield Wildcats for 3 years

  18. cloughie09 TJ Clough

Dnt care how bad his defence if he keeps scoring lol

  19. Cribbage RG Cribb

Haha he's definitely not the sort of bloke who will create a try out of nothing though, if you're still talking about Purtell.

He's the sort of player who, if he made a fist of first grade, was going to have to be extremely safe, positionally solid etc etc and he's none of that. All he really offers is a good work-rate in terms of dummy half runs.

and has scored 5 tries in the last 3 games or summat like that
