    Refs call held in a tackle, parra players let go and Melbourne player gets up and runs another 30 meter. Causes parra to be on the back foot and Melbourne score.

    Couple blatant forward passes by Melbourne were missed yet they call that flat ball by the eels forward when they scored.

    And of course that penalty to the storm when billy slater lost the ball letting Melbourne kick the field goal

    That being said, we didn't deserve to win when we played like the team from round 1 for 70 minutes of the match. Bedsey summed it up, we should have played like we have the past couple of weeks, not what we were trying to do in the first half of the season. When we started chancing our hand, we scored.

    The refs were shit but you were clearly not the better team on the day. Melbourne won well and deservedly so. Why you guys didn't play like you had during your magic run, I'll never know. It's the same as the Warriors in '02, come grand final day they just played a different brand of football compared to the one which got them there.
