QLD do have decent talent in concentrated areas. All we need is a little depth and a decent place kicker and we may go further in this thing.
Well we have the Australian centre pairing and a couple of backrowers, and 2 straight up selections in the North side as well as a couple of fringe North players. Our weaknesses are just excessively blaring.
Interestingly, Victoria's weaknesses and strengths are the opposite to QLD. Victoria have a decent first-five, front row and full back.
Yeah. Quite possible. NSW would still have the better front row, but a combined QLD/VIC side would have a better back row by far. It'd be fairly even anyway. Not that it'll ever happen, but yeah QLD need an active front rower or two and first-five and they'll be a decent side.
