Despite doing really well last season in OD cricket, though, Humble was so bad this season that he ended in reserve grade, behind Denton. Which makes it somewhat hard IMO.
Gonzo defintley pushing for that top spot. If I have another dire game I could well be outside top 5.
Weaver to reclaim top spot. I like the idea of someone who isn't a veteran from the first couple of seasons being no. 1.
Well, Perry joined in Season 4. It's not like he's been here from the start. I like the idea of someone who isn't a pie-chucking batting allrounder being No. 1 though so I hope Perry doesn't stay there as well..
TBH, if the Vipers had been named as a new team, and not a revival of an old one, I'd probably be in support of them. Still, I hope Blunder doesn't blow me away in the one day format.
Our team mainly consists of players who played for us previously/our previous juniors and players that were relatively new to cricsim when we were let back in. We're doing quite well imo given we've developed our own talent or taken punts and signed new players instead of going for older, more experienced and obviously gun people (not that we ever could attract them anyway).
Yeah. I don't wanna take this thread off topic, but I do agree for the most part there. As a team, you're only going to get stronger. Still, I have to dislike you I guess, because you stopped the likes of Luffers and Blunder from coming to the Rays...
