    Yeh that is what I suspect. Especially considering non-star players have no minimum. I would spend all $19m on the top 10 players. :p

    he said "at leat" 19 which made me think its possible for teams to have more than 19 making me think that there could be some unlucky ones who don't get bid on

    which brings me to say what happens if every team owner bids 0 on a certain player?
