Nothing can save NSW

So sick of shit **** League "guru's" thinking a player or an ex player will help NSW get back on track.. Andrew Johns, Tommy Redonikis (lol spelling), Matt Johns, Gus, Wayne Bennett etc

Holy **** nothing can save NSW for another year or two atleast, we have shit players. Lockyer and Thurston are rapists of SOO and NSW are the rape victims.

QLD will thrash us in game 3.

Nothing can be done this year, obv. I thought that at the start as well. But if they pick the right combination in game 3 and nurture them a bit, I actually reckon we have a shot. It starts at 1, 7 and 9. Too late to pick Patten, but I'd pick

    1 Gidley
    7 Kimmorley
    9 Ennis

and assure them of next series, barring injury of course. Build your team around that. Weyman and Poore need to stay, they'll only get better. Sort the backrow and outside backs out and we're in with a shot next year. It won't happen of course so what your saying will probably be true unfortunately.

Well my thoughts are that NSW have played like shit twice in a row and only lost by ten in both games and have had their chances to win, that's despite QLD having a superior side especially with the Australian backline and front row.

Queensland are more than beatable, as has been shown in the first two games, NSW just need a bit more structure and to stick with a side for more than 15 minutes.

    Agree 100%.

Haven't been beaten by superstars, but beaten by the structure Smith, Thurston and Lockyer offer behind a very solid forward pack and the coaching of Neill Henry.

    Keith Galloway can save us.

It's gonna be interesting when Lockyer, Price and Civo retire, as it will probably be in the same year.

Also by then Jennings and Hayne will be the entire NSW outside back line, I doubt they'll even bother picking wingers or another centre.

Wade McKinnon can save NSW :ninja:

NSW need to persist with an Ennis/Kimmorley half-hooker combination with either Campese OR Mullen outside of Kimmorley. That's our best bet for the future (along with sound selection of forwards).

For game 3, NSW selectors/coach need to pick players who they think they'll pick again in Game 1 next year. 'Nuff said. That's the first step. Guess that wasn't 'nuff said though.

I believe the idea is that Kimmorley will retire at the end of next season.

I wouldn't be totally against having a bit of Wadeo Mac in the side, he's one of my favourite players.

Who cares? Do we want a five-peat as well? ****ing pick him for next season along with Ennis, and then work out what to do in 2011.

Five Peats would make a perfect world for all.

    GYR to confirm.

YES! Great player, wish he got a shot.

You've lost by 10 both times with injuries to one of our outside backs in the first 20 minutes and in the second game, injuries to forwards as well. On top of this, we've played both away from home. If we stay injury free in game 3, 50 is a possibility.

Yep, let's pick Ennis and not win another series until 2015.

  18. Old Mate M Perry

Ennis >>> Wallace at hooker >>>> Pearce at hooker >>>> Farah.

Lol, forgetting the fact that you scored only one try last game? All the others we scored for you. If we stay charity free, 6 is a possibility.

Yeah, and Hayne didn't get gifted a try >_>
