Tariq is 4th for most missed tackles this season with 39. Random negative stat to throw out there. Cowboys are only behind Brisbane for most missed tackles with 369. I can't believe idiots on Stampede actually think their defence is better this year to last. That shows how not only ineffective they are at completing tackles but actually trying to make tackles they suck at too. No wonder they give away cheap yards.

 

Individual club forums are largely a waste of time. They send you out on a rail if you're even remotely critical as compared to on a collective site.

 

Exactly, I do hang out there though because there are a select few knowledgeable members there who have ability to be unbiased. As for if I want an honest opinion on my team I would rather people here tell it how it is because you all do as opposed to having people blindly defend cunts even when they consistently perform like garbage.

 

Can't wait till that cunt retires.

 

lol Henry drops Dallas Johnson but doesn't drop Glenn Hall. I've seen it all now.

 

I now understand why Taumalolo doesn't see much first grade. His defence is awful and he needs to seriously work on it. Tariq Sims defence of late has been pretty average too, missing far too many tackles.

 

Attacking wise I agree Taumalolo is a must but his defence lately has been pretty ordinary.

 

If he leaves Reithmuller in the team then I understand dropping Johnson. I'd like to see Reithmuller retain his spot as he and Bowen were the only two good players last night for North QLD.

 

Neil Henry sacked as Cowboys coach for next year. Not surprising. I do feel bad for him because so many people make out he is the sole reason for the Cowboys being garbage. Don't forget there are 17 cunts who went out and underperformed on a regular basis, they played a massive role in Henry being given the boot. I do think they need a better coach but I do at the same time feel bad for Neil Henry. He seems a nice guy but he did lack in certain things when it comes to getting the best out of your team. His team selections a lot of the time were extremely questionable too.

 

Looks like Dallas Johnsons career ends now. Apparently tore his ACL.

 

Yeah but the players should be blamed as well. Its their job to go out and perform to their best.

 

All parties must take blame. Even the board. In fact especially the board. They had the chance to get Wayne Bennett and they passed. He would've been the perfect tonic. There is a real cultural problem at the Cowboys. Neil Henry has failed to improve in the areas that the late Graham Murray struggled with too. They have the roster of a top 6 team and yet their defence is pus every year so much so that it actually retards their attack.

 

He deserved better. Great toiler and an extremely courageous player who played above his weight. A real traditional defensive workhorse.
