You can pick grade cricket hacks if you like. It's a bit different from picking players haven't played in 10 years or have never played professional cricket though.

I don't understand why you wouldn't release Noffke and then just sign him at a later position than Round 4 though. No way in hell is anyone taking him in the first 8 rounds.
