    Carney actually has the best long kicking game. Easy, ****ing easy. Then you add Hayne from fullback who has a big boot as well and NSW kicking game would shit on Qlds.

    Not to mention the running game of Ennis/Kimmorley/Carney is better than thatb of the Qld 6/7/9

    Lockyer is a great player, but he has declined severely.

    His running game is absolutely shot and that's where he used to be so dangerous. He declined when he move to 6 and hasn't been nearly the same player since he did his knee.

    I think Pearce will compliment Carney pretty well actually. Pearce is a decent organiser, it'll let Carney focus on his running game a bit more and just ball-play when there's something on out wide rather than having to run the team.
