  1. Magic AJ Parker

    I don't get it?

  2. Toolman TR Man

He wasn't overrated he was easily the best player in the game in the second half of last season. Helps playing in a winning team, once/if Parra hit a form streak he'll be our new god again.

  3. Julian BJ Taylor

    **** it

  4. Sultan Pepper HG Emm

Now why would you go and write that side.

  5. Bender BG Herd

    2. K gordon

  6. Julian BJ Taylor

2 is probably M Gordon tbh.

There's not a genuine centre in the state up to Origin standard imo. Walsh is the only **** in the state who can actually organise a footy side. gets blamed for too many bombs but at least he directs the attack to get a decent kick in, unlike Barrett and Pearce.

Lewis and Hayne is a shocking centre combination tbphrtaah.

  8. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

    LOL, really?

  9. Hughesy JM Hughes

 Looks like when I jokily suggested Luke Walsh, Ben actually agreed. Its a fair enough reason. Luke Walsh is a great organiser and this was evident as soon as he stepped into Panthers colours round 7 last year. Lewis is past the centre position IMO. Played some good footy there and I am sure he would be better than Scott but he has in Career best form in the back row so it seems silly to move him.

  10. Colesy BL Hornby

    Could hold better then Scott?

    **** off you inbred westy.

  11. Freddy MJ Johns

That's so, so, so, so bad.

  12. Speirz DG Speirs

Positives from that game: Nathan Hindmarsh.

Negatives: I don't want to overload the server, so I won't bother.

  13. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

Did you find a picture that could fit Daley's entire nose in it?

  14. Speirz DG Speirs

I found a compilation of missed tackles from Wednesday. Funnily enough, it's longer than 80 minutes.

  15. Julian BJ Taylor

On second thoughts I'd have Lyon and Hayne if fit with Lewis in the backrow. Pretty much just think no centre in NSW (bar a fit Lyon who actually cares) is anywhere near origin standard. Hayne would do no worse than ****ing Scott and Cooper.

I didn't agree with you because like most I don't read your ****ing posts. I said Walsh should be ahead of Pearce before this game.

    \_/

    Need to try something.

  16. GYR DW Lewis

    Anyone do that telegraph pick your team thing? They didn't give you many options like I had to choose between either Gallen or Lewis and couldn't have them both in but I think my team turned out to be something like;

    1. Dugan
    2. Hayne
    3. Lyon
    4. Cooper
    5. Uate
    6. Campese
    7. Pearce
    8. Snowden
    9. Ennis
    10. Tolman
    11. TLL (they didn't give me any other choice)
    12. Watmough
    13. Lewis/Gallen

  17. morgieb MC Burridge

Gronks closed it just when I was about to do it...

  18. Speirz DG Speirs

I'd honestly pick Patten before Dugan. I just think he'd handle it better, and it'd be a pretty just reward for Patten. Even if Dugan played well, he's on a hiding to nothing considering that Hayne, Gidley and B.Stewart are all probably still more likely to be picked ahead of him next year.

I wouldn't even consider Dugan on the wing, because chances are he either won't have an impact and be forgotten, or he'll have a shit game and be dropped. And even if he played well, it'd mean that he'd be kept there in a position that isn't his best.

  19. Speirz DG Speirs

Did anyone figure out if he's actually eligible? If he's ineligble for City v Country but can play for NSW, that's something that definitely needs to be looked at.

My team for Game 3 AND going forward....

    1. Hayne - Still young enough to be considered the future and a class above any fullback we have atm.
    2. B Morris - Easy selection, in the right structure he'll be fine
    3. Lewis - sure up the defence and reckon he'd still add something in attack
    4. Idris - I know I'll get hammered for this one but I just reckon he's one one of the few cetnres we have who could handle the step up to origin... obviously needs to get his defence right but imo it can be done with the right structure and players around him, oh yeh and stop being a lazy black fella like Thaiday put it.
    5. Reddy - Again probably get hammered but I really like him, got great awareness and good defender to help out Idris
    6. Campese - Best 5/8 in NSW, as long as he actually does play a 5/8's role and not a left/right half
    7. Pearce - Best young half we have
    8. Weyman - deserves to keep his spot, always gives 100% and would shine in a better pack
    9. Ennis/Farah - meh, both been about as good as the other at origin level imo
    10. Ryles/Bailey - experience for the young blokes, hate picking a starting forward who has never played origin before. Would be stupid to blood young forwards and then have them play in a comprehensively beaten pack, they'd learn shit all.
    11. Hindmarsh (C)
    12. Watmough - wide running role
    13. Gallen - give him a god under a coach who'll play him in tight let him play the role he does at club level.

    14. Heighington/Laffranchi - Both should've played more games imo, whilst QLD pick their out of form backrowers knowing they'll always lift we ignore ours and just hope they develop into SOO players without actually playing them in it, Heiginghton more so than Laffranchi.
    15. Douglas - easy selection should've been developed into an origin player 2 years ago
    16. TLL - best NSW prop so far this series
    17. Paul Aiton - :surprise:meh name someone who could play a better role off the bench, has the pace to trouble the big QLD fowards like Wing used to.

I'd blood props like Snowden, Tolman, Mannah & possibly Grant when Ryles/Bailey retire and for injures/suspensions.

Backrowers like Prior, Aubusson, Fensom & Thompson if he ever makes the switch.

Haha I'm sure I've contradicted myself 1000 especially picking Lewis to sure up the defence yet dropping Scott for Idris  but that's just the players I would go for in the next few years. I agree with Gould (again) we're currently worse off now than we were 3 years agao and we need to build rather than continue to play catchup .

Feel free to bag the shit out of my team now...
