You're going to keep dropping places, even if you improve as a batsman. New players who are actually batsmen and allrounders keep qualifying for the list and appearing in the 100-120 slots and pushing you bowlers down.
Surely to get into the 200's it relies on the fact that we'd have a lot of new signups, or that your batting became so bad, but then you'd lose the ranking altogether?
No longer noob owned, however my standardized avg has gone down a bit, would have been 21st last week.
Couldn't lose his ranking no matter how badly he batted. Getting a ranking is based on scoring a certain amount of standardised runs or playing a certain amount of standardised innings (can't remember which) so unless he stopped playing, he'd still have his ranking.
