    Shocking is a well deserved favourite. I don't reckon So You Think can win.

    Like the looks of Zipping, Alcopop and Jessicabeel.

    Zipping's in better form than ever. Hitting the line hard over the shorter distances compared to So You Think which is pulling up/slowing down.

    Well, Shocking's shown he can go the distance. So You Think is the best horse in the country though, so I wouldn't count him out.

    Shocking is the horse to beat, especially if its somewhat rain affected. Manighar shouldn't really be written off either, fair good stayer.

    I've always been a fan of Zipping. It won me about $300 a few years back when it came second in the Melbourne Cup. I also won $90 on the So you think - Zipping exacta in the Cox. I'll probably have 20 or so on a quinella of Shocking and Zipping.

    Only ever won big on the Cup 1 year and that was on Efficient.

    Melbourne Cup Day pisses me off severely. I win a fair bit on the punt, so all my friends and family contact me and ask me for tips.. even though I know SFA about horseracing and win all my money on cricket and rugby league. Then they whinge when I tell them I have nothing or give them shithouse tips which fail in the arse.

    Told my dad to put $10 on Makybe diva and I gave him my own $10 and he didn't.
    WAC. That would've been so many chicken tenders/sunny boys etc.
