Always the highlight of the season. MacDougall stepping around Matai twice was orsm. Full credit to some of the Manly fans at the game though who shook hands with us after a bit of banter during the game, definitely a more positive experience in that regard than some I've had in the past.
Still have some tough games. Bulldogs (H), Warriors (A), Broncos (H), Dragons (H), Storm (A). With those last three in particular, I've always said we needed to be about 6th going into those games to stand any chance. As it is, we need two wins to be equal with 6th through 8th, and that's without any of those other teams picking up points.
Reckon Knights will win the next 2. And I reckon Manly, Parra, Souths and Parra will remain a tad stagnant.
Newcastle are pretty ****ed. When a winger stands out as your best player by far and away during the course of a season, you know you're struggling.
