I actually asked him to, as GF would've lynched him anyway.

And he at least tried to participate when he was on, him going on holiday was the killer. But by then I didn't want to replace and make someone read the entire thread. If a factions going to be inactive, they deserve to lose IMO.

No-one played particularly badly. The entire reason I gave that to you was the Speirz incident, which should've decided the game. Like I said, the other two were just unlucky, and in reality CotG is Shiv by a margin, but that was off plays people made, not ones you didn't. Other than that, you played really well.

Not sure I'll run another for a while, but I'll give it a go in the future.

 

Like I said despite the rage, it was his call.

I take most of the blame for the game, I was aiming for a big one and didn't get the interest or replace the inactives, so it was balanced down badly (Town relied mostly on Eragon for investigative).

The Umaroth centre was inevitable, but I wanted Shades and the Ra'zac to have far more interesting roles. The original plan was to make you even more OP than you were there but give Murtagh ways to betray you and have the Shades and Ra'zac wanting your power and if certain events happened, they'd overthrow you.

Also, the theme wasn't great for character roles. Sooooo many characters were hard to assign roles to. Ended up making Angela a doctor with a chance to Granny FTR for those wondering, and she was one of the easier ones.

Loads of vanilla roles out there too (Or effectively vanilla)

 

Wasn't even that Howe. Everyone bar GF had been cleared post-conversion when Starris died, so it was a simple matter of lynching the obvious convert by that point. Just inactivity, since Cabinet knew GF was 99.99% likely to be the mafia.

 

Nah. Starris played well and was active (Particularly for a first time for Starris.) Oh, and Mousey/Captain/AVA but they didn't really get to do a whole lot (Mousey never got to do anything much, other two were powerless). The rest died too early or didn't really do a lot.

 

It turned out to balance well, but that was because Mafia were low in numbers and power, but town had little in the way of detection

Also, I gave Logan a lot of help after the Umaroth incident as I though town would win easily.

What I blame myself for is not replacing Shiv/Boobidy earlier really, that decided the game.
