    srsly though apart from like your standard technology things the only thing that needs to change is probably the consistency in refereeing regarding punishments/bookings

    I wasn't trolling though. As an outsider looking in, it's a change that I think would make me more interested in the sport.

    But equally, the fundamental rules of the game shouldn't be changed to pander to the likes of me; they should be changed only to pander to the existing fans. If they changed the rules of rugby league or cricket to get more soccer fans interested I'd be up in arms.
