Given how much people have moved around the world over the past couple of centuries it is not all that surprising, especially when the majority of members come from countries that exist due to relatively recent migrants.
Well, to qualify a you, a parnet or grandparent had ot grow up in that province pretty much. It seems every man and his dog have triple allegiances, which means people are probably just counting states they've lived in for a couple of years. To qualify don't you have to have some sort of link with that province? I'm probably wrong tbh, but I dunno, it just seems a touch too easy to qualify.
Yeah I would agree that just living somewhere does not mean you really qualify for them IMO. I really don't think you should be able to qualify for a province unless through your parent/grandparent, you were born there or have lived there the majority of your life.
From NZ but live in England so there's my dual nationality, that said I have no chance of getting into either side.
