General 2010 predictions featuring Hughesy

Dragons are next followed by Penrith and then I am done.

Yeah I know Rob. I had my ladder in a notepad document and I forgot to put an asterix next to it when I done so I wrote it again lol. The second one is better I reckon too.

Strengths: The half combination of Jamie Soward and Ben Hornby worked well last year although I thought Hornby had a little too much control. Soward will be the main strength and he will need to continue his 2009 form for the Dragons to go well, if he can do this I can see him going all the way to Origin.

Weaknesses: This "chokers" tag is their weakness. It is always going to be brought up during the year and especially once it gets close to finals or when the time comes to play in the finals. The Dragons will need to get rid of this tag to continue to a possible Grand Final.

Key Player/s: Brett Morris. Although he isn't the playmaker he is vital to the Dragons premiership hopes. He will need to continue 2009 form and score a lot of tries when given the opportunity.

Breakout/Surprise Player: Junior Paulo. I believe he was picked up by Wayne Bennett for a reason. I think he will come into the team. He has the goods and can be a vital player. A handy second rower and the brother of Joseph I expect him to follow in his brothers footsteps.

Can they make the top 8/4? Yes/ Yes

I think they can go all the way provided injuries are kind to them.

Yes I pretty much copied their team. Probably more their bench than anything. Hunt would of been there. The starting line-up is pretty much what I would of put there.

Nah. It's more both posts that are funny. Firstly, labelling Brisbane's forward pack a strength, then labelling Lagi Setu as the broughout player.

 

Football is one of many sports where peoples opinions clash a lot. There are a few contributing factors to this either age, views or even something like impact the player makes to the community.
I see Lagi Setu a bright talent and believe he has a bright future if his potential is fulfilled.
At least you know I am consistant.
