    I wanted too join because of Crusader connection. Back in those days the team discussion wasn't all about the sim and cricket, which I have no idea about. Was like 'The Longest thread' but with better discussion and was more quality.

    I have to say, after initially not really having an opinion either way on this issue, I now think its a good thing that the Gamblors will be admitted.

    Everyone needs a team that "they love to hate" - against whom a victory is all that much sweeter. Looks like they can fill that void for most of you guys; given most of the navel gazing and hand wringing that's going on about them.

    I realise my views are untainted by all the cricsim politics as I've only been here five minutes, but I personally can't see the harm.

    Yeah, AWTA 110%. It is always good to have that team that you love to hate, as Heath said. Will be interesting to see next season how well they actually do. Bit of controversy in cricsim is always good.

    It'll be good to beat them, but very, very tough. They've assembled a top BS side and will be the ones to beat IMO. Gemmell's actually done a fine job so far.

    The Stickies have never been the same/as good since I left. Albeit I was having my worst seasons during most of that time. However, It is no coincidence that the last game I played for the Stickies was the GF of season 4 in which I just missed out on a ton and the Stickies won and the last premiership they have won. So, my point still stands. :p
