    The Thursday one. Does anyone even watch it anymore?

    I haven't watched in 2009 until tonight and, TBF, it was decent.

    I do watch a bit of it sometimes, but I just don't see the point. You can tell how fake it is and how they never give their actual opinions on it, they just say what the public/executives want to hear. I know it's like that with a lot of shows, but it seems to be even more so with this one.

    I've noticed they're doing a bit more of that on NRL on Fox lately.

    Obviously not to that extent (except when Raudonikis was on talking about Mason) but at least they're saying things like "Player X isn't up for first grade" and "Player Y had a shocker last week".

    I disagree with them a lot of the time but at least it's interesting and they back their opinions up with facts. Especially the Close Talker.

    NRL on Fox is great. Tommy last night was excellent. The funny thing is, what he says is very true, and the players he backed for NSW all deserve to be there. He should really get a spot in the NSW camp.

    Funny you mention Tommy. I was only talking to my brother the other day and his name came up in regard to someone who is a straight shooter and whose opinion is worth listening to.

    He loves a good rant thats for sure and no doubting that he was spot on with most of what he said, especially to BigForNothing. But he does realise the game has changed quite significantly, he seemed to be sprung up with bringing back things from the past etc etc.

    I actually think that Tommy's opinion on alot of matters is completely wrong. That being said, the same is the case for the footy show lads. I know more about the game than they do.

    i used to to watch the NRL when they used to have dardevil duds, anti ads and that sort of thing, but i am much more an AFL man and always watch the AFL footy show
