    Mafia are on the rise, town are shit scared etc

    Majority required for a lynching.
    No quoting pms
    No communicating with anyone except me and anyone who I have you told you you may communicate with, with regards to this game.
    Days last 24 hours. If no majority has been reached in 24 hours, the highest vote getter is killed
    Nights will last 12 hours. I want a quicker game than last.

    Town has 12 players.

    Roles are:
    Cop x2
    Doc
    Bodyguard
    Judge
    Vigilante
    Granny
    Watcher
    Villager x4

    Mafia has 6 players.

    Third Party has 2 players.

    That's too many mafia. Reduce it by one and add it onto town.

    Bodyguard
    Every night, can choose one person to save from death.
    There is a 50% chance the Bodyguard will kill the killer and a 50% chance he will die in place of the victim.

    Granny
    Anyone who visits the Granny, regardless of alignment, dies.
    This only applies to visiting roles, so for example, the Watcher and Oracle will not die.
    In group meetings, only the last member to vote the Granny will be killed.
    The Granny won't die, even if shot by the Vigilante, Mafia, or a Gunsmith gun.
    The Doctor will save someone who visited the Granny.

    I'd agree that there are too many mafia especially with 2 3rd party in the game.
