Imo get rob to give you the database but only release who won each game to the general public, don't release scorecards so people won't rate people based on this. A lot of trust on you but it'd be ok.
Any attempts to actually sim this will be blocked. I definitely don't want to give anyone the database and I don't want people simming this under any circumstances; it's not going to happen. Face it already.
