Going to see Megan Washington tonight and Smith Street Band tomorrow night. Way more keen for Smithies but it's been about 3/4 years since I last saw Megan Washington and she's a lot bigger now than last time I saw her, so sort of intrigued cos it's a tiny, intimate venue./
Smith Street Band are probably my favourite band now I've seen them live again. They're just so, so, so fucking good live. It's weird. I really don't like that style of music but I just really, really love them. So fucking energetic live and the crowd just fucking pumps.
Yeah, I've got irrational Smith Street love too. Albums barely leave my car studio and they fucking wail live. So different from what I normally listen to. I know they're rough as guts, but I love them.
