I'll say this now, and it may seem a big call after being thumped 55 - 0 by the Spartans last round, but the Crabs will get a win on the board this season. They have the most active RUSim subforum at the moment and whilst they still have no stars, they'll soon reap the dividends of having an active first team all in the mid-ranges. They will have no totally weak links. I'd like to thank Frizzed for this, as I hassled CW guys to sign up here until they did as he thought it was shit that they weren't on here. Also, Howe takes a fair bit of the credit for getting some non-rugby fans registered and posting. They'll be tough to beat at home in the 2nd half of the season. Only one of their first teamers isn't registered on Cricsim now.
Every other team is so poor I expect the Crabs to be able to pick up at least one win during the season.
I'm gonna check in a couple of minutes whether the Crabs would be favourites against the Spartans 2nd XV.
it will be 2 years before we have members with thousands of posts I reckon. Would be gun to get an upset victory though. If dirty tactics come into the sim it wll be due to the crabs lobbying for it so that could be our contribution this season.
And anyways as far as the win or anything remotely close to that is concerned, will believe it when i see it.
