    That is smart. I think the fact negotiations was opened half way this season made everyone jump to find a club next season. If it is open all season then people are less likely to be in a rush and less teams get screwed over.

    The thing is though, it's so much more ****ing work. You not only have to convince someone to sign but then hope that they don't **** you over. In the meantime you can reject someone good because you've got another bloke to fill that spot, then they leave adn you're screwed.

    I'd advise you look at the CricSim Charter, Chapter 3, Section C:

    No player or players will engage in any sexual acts with members from other teams. Acts including intercourse, fellatio, and anything which involves a nipple is extremely prohibited and will result in swift and precise action.
