Didn't get on it, but I was definitely backing Lebanon to be the other team getting out of the pool alongside NZ.
Agree with most of this. Fox is the better finisher but yeah the high ball is significant. Begs the question why every NSW half from Pearce to Reynolds to Cleary has utterly failed to use him. The guy has 3 tries in 10 Origins. They barely kicked to him in the red zone this year. Boggles my mind.
Most attacking kicks were to the other edge from memory. I think Freddy's issue with Fox is the fact he won't be as useful coming out of his own end against a set line.
I can see the arguments for going either way, the biggest issue is that we've never really utilised either of them properly.
i'm drunk and went for it. i reckon it's likely. Hunt with gecko hands again, where were they in 2015? His kick before was really poor though, wasn't even inside the 40.
Jeez Tedesco needs to learn to stop overplaying his hand. Been doin it for years and no one ever mentions it. Dude is too much of a ball hog. So many shifts break down with him.
Hughes really shouldnt have kicked on 2nd. They were on there. Great match. Hope the final lives up to it.
It's why 7~ years ago I thought Moylan would ultimately beat him for the aus fullback spot. Swing & a miss
