I read that. I certainly think he'd be a good 12. A decent foil for Ford as well given his solid defense. Might be an experiment too far for Lancaster at this stage, but given 12Ts form this would be the perfect chance.

I reckon that Eastmond is ahead of Slade for the 12 shirt. I think Lancaster will go for a Farrell Eastmond Tuilagi combo for the AIs with Ford on the bench, maybe starting against Samoa

I'd love Eastmond to get another chance too

Yes, I reckon Lancaster is much more likely to pick a 12 who's actually played at 12 this season.

Mind you, he's likely to pick Farrell who's hardly played at all. I'd rather have Hodgson.

Hasn't Charlie H given internationals the flick?

Anyway, Wasps relocating to Coventry, it seems. Thoughts? Bad news for the loyal Waspites as they'll now have a heck of a commute for home games and also potentially for Jimmys, yer Tigers and Worcester.

In the amateur era Coventry's own union side was very decent too.

Coventry's a shit hole so not sure why they'd want to... how big's the ground there? Or will they share the Ricoh Arena?

Bought a majority sharehold in it, apparently.

But yeah, Cov's a fucking armpit. Hitler had the right idea when he tried to level it.

Sounds like MK Dons all over again...

I think Wasps are screwed if they stay and probably screwed if they move, franchise rugby starts here!

Arguably here anyway. Irish have played in Reading for years, London Welsh play in Oxford and Wasps have been playing in Wycombe.

Pretty broad stretch of "London" in all cases.

  12. Howe JHF Howe

Bit of a stretch to say Welsh have been playing

    Brown's been shite.

It was a bad day for Brown to decide to drop everything that came his way, didnt think Leicester offered much more than kick and hope.

Not quite as big a screw up as Bath deciding to implode for 20 mins vs Wasps!!

Looks like Armitage won't be moving to Bath. I sincerely hope we relax our policy on players playing abroad for him. He's made his intent clear that he wants to come back to play for the England side - even by leaving the best club side in the NH. Personally I would try to get him to make progress wrt signing a deal for a 2015 side and then allow him to play for us during the 6N

You're preaching to the choir with me; I'm still not a Robshaw at seven fan at all.

Wouldn't mind Armitage's big (well, elder) bro being in consideration either.

Comfortably 2nd best #15 we have and Brown's not been in great form anyway. Well, reputedly; I've only seen the ITV4 highlights so far this season.

    Fecking BT etc, etc.

Not eldest... not even sure he plays anymore. Albion legend though.

    What's happened to Guy btw?

EDIT: I also don't see Delon getting a look in. He'll be 31 at the WC and has a history of bad behaviour... I'd rather we went back to Foden as Brown's replacement

Coventry getting a bum rep here. Had some great nights out at the Coventry Colosseum - if you could avoid getting shot by air rifle pellets from the housing estate tower blocks behind whilst in the queue.
