    Yeah - agree with this. Unless they did something specific after the Bulldogs rort in 2002 (like, somehow forced the need for compliance with the Salary Cap in CEO contracts) then I can't see how they've actually done anything illegal. And even if they had somehow made compliance with the Salary Cap contractual, then it'd only be a Civil and not a Criminal case, surely?

    The fraud charges have nothing to do with the whole rorting the cap thing. They are apparently coming from the possibility that the Storm used money that was supposedly for player payments to pay for other things.
