    Yeah, Sims would come right into it now for me. I love the idea of having a back rower who is genuinely good in both back row positions to cover the interchange better, and with Bird and Cordner both out, Sims becomes a real option.

    Hayne and Dugan both did a lot of kicking at junior rep level.

    Yeah I know it's not ideal but picking your halves based on goal-kicking is seriously stupid. Wingers? Yeah sure. But your halves should definitely be your best halves.

    Yep Thaiday is out of Game 1. Asked Mal not to be considered. Good on Guerra if he's picked. I wouldn't select him but I think he's a good player and with Gillett is a real good line runner who could trouble the Blues on the edges.
